My first presentation about Six Sigma Introduction will be on the 29 March 2012. Wish me luck as my audience will only be my manager, 3 Vice President and the Chief Executive Officer. No pressure...
it went well, people. a bit nervous at the beginning, but who isn't? :-) the management has now agreed to start the program and i will have to start the planning and scheduling the training for everybody in the company. work..work..work!
looks like we'll go a head with the plan. if everything's in placed, i may have to start the training on the 29 may 2012 in stratford-upon-avon, the city of shakespeare. can't wait!
ow, btw, the plan has slightly changed. i won't do the training to the whole company anymore, but we will have to ask an external trainer to come to the company and do the awareness to everybody. phew, one burden's gone :-)
